Not to be confused with the 2nd one, this revolves around the 1st one and anime series. This is a tribute piece to one of my favorite fighting games of all time.

The white frieza power ranger looking guy back there is falcons ultimate form, the 'Legendary Light Form' (look at the ep. 26 of the Power Stone anime for ref.) the form is supposed to counteract with valgass 'Dark Form'.

Obviously I altered the costumes for each character abit, primarily falcons... for no reason at all but to improvise. Yeah i know the anime series is not all that great but it was alright, light with a bevy of action scenes and a plot, unlike most other video game based animes anyway. If only capcom could utilize the Light Form in all the Power Stones games, owell. falcon would prob own everyone lol

I am (STILL) confused however with the whole power stone granting your dreams and wishes... how does that exactly work? Do you need just one power stone? or maybe the usual 3? or perhaps obtaining either the light or dark stones? maybe all of them? ...maybe you guys can fill me in on this if i missed something :/

One of the most misunderstood but revolutionary fighting games of all time, Power Stone does it all.

Now all we need is a 3rd Power Stone... C'mon Capcom. Get it together and get this series rolling. If the oppurtunity presented itself, I would 100% do all the character and background designs for it. Heck, id do it for free... uhhh, well maybe not :/

Download the darn thing and enjoy the mega huge 4080 X 7736 folks!! You know you like it BIGG lol

I agree 100%. I think they should also revive the anime as well. I would love to see how all the characters develop and would love to see them all together and the their bonds with one another. It was so underrated and awesome. I think it had the potential to become so much more.

Come on Capcom. Stop being a bunch of money-grubbers and revive the Power Stone series already!

This game was a pretty big chunk of my childhood. Can't say I liked the anime too much, from the bits I've seen, but still.

Jack is still one of my favorite video game characters ever.

I agree, Capcom needs to bring back Power Stone. Alternatively I feel we should have had someone from that franchise in MvC3/UMvC3. Did we REALLY need four Resident Evil and three DMC characters? Why not two Resi Evil, two DMC, one Onimusha, one Power Stone and Captain Commando?

I honestly would have loved to see Falcon, Ayame, and Wang Tang in MvC3. Instead we get Phoenix Wright >.>

Games like this can be a catch 22. On the one hand I can understand why people dislike the inclusion of obscure fan favourites like Nova and Rocket Raccoon (both characters I like due to my enjoyment of the comics they've stared in) or characters with obscure play styles like Phoenix and Frank. I'm a fan of Dead Rising but rarely use Frank in the game due to the hassle you have to go through to get him to a minimum of "level 3" (something like 50 PP). Pheonix is the same, although I do like how he plays during "Turnabout Mode". When you consider they could have used characters from Power Stone, Rival Schools or even my personal favourite and MvC1 and 2 main, Captain Commando I do feel those two weren't the best of choices.
